! Graphical Measurements on CMMs
As
from November 2004, Axel Lite has graphical
Measure Window available.
The Axel Lite program has
been developed with the specific purpose for use in applications
where cost is critical or
where only a few features or types of measurements are needed.
Like all other
Axel products the Axel Lite is also specifically tailored to
be user friendly with simple features to facilitate clarity and
ease of comprehension.
The Axel Lite program is in essence a scaled down version of the
Foundation Program therefore benefits from the uniform user interface
used within the entire Axel range. All the Part Files created
under the Axel Lite Program are fully compatible with the Foundation
Program when upgraded.
The Axel Lite program is specifically adapted so that it can
be easily upgraded to any other package or used with any other
package from our range when additional features and more sophisticated
requirements become necessary. No re-training is necessary as
the user interface is fully compatible with the Axel software

Based

Password
protection
Part
of the program are protected by the password. There
are multiple password levels: supervisor and user. Each
user may have assigned various privileges to allow access

Measuring
sequence is automatically created during measurement.
Measuring sequence is executed step by step with user
defined messages. Select features and their results
are printed. |

Set of 2D and 3D
geometrical features such as point, circle, line, cylinder,
cone, sphere, gauge diameter is provided. Algorithms
tested with PTB and NPL standard data sets.
Intelligent Constructions
Axel allows to calculate construction virtually aby
type of feature. Program automatically selects which
result to calculate for each construction. For example
their is only one intersection which can be applied
top any types of features.
