Axel Lite
The
Axel Lite program is the entry level package for geometrical
measurements. It benefits from Axel uniform user interface and is
particularly useful for applications where cost is at premium. It
can be upgraded to any other package from our range.
Axel Foundation
The
main Foundation program for geometrical measurements for
manual CMM machines. The program defines Axel uniform operator
interface used throughout suite of software options.
Axel Report
The
Axel Report enables to visually design quality inspection reports
that contain text, graphics and multiple part views.
Inspection notes may be attached to the report. Typical template
reports may be defined and saved for future use.
Axel Surface
The Surface
module adds CAD surface features to standard Foundation program
thus providing truly integrated geometrical and surface measuring
environment. Program accepts nominal surface model from CAD programs.
A free standing part is then aligned by measuring its geometrical
features or surface points. Program performs 3D best fit of measured
data to CAD surfaces.
Axel Pipe
The
Pipe Wizard greatly simplifies measurement of pipes and tubes.
Although our Foundation program has all capabilities to inspect
tubes, the Pipe Wizard automaticaly creates tube and pipe
inspection sequences and generates inspection reports. Interfaces
to various pipe bending machines are also provided.
Visual Programming Module for CNC
The Visual
Programming module provides visual way of creating CNC measuring
programs. Programs can be created in Learn mode, off-line or directly
from the CAD drawing.
Visual Programming is the quickest and easiest way to create a measuring
program. You create it by 'drawing' it onto a form. Next you set
properties for each command to specify such values as speed, probe
type, position etc.
Axel Single Touch Interface
The Axel
Single Touch Interface utility is an invaluable tool in the
production environment. It provides top level graphical program
launch. Part programs, calibration routines are started form graphical
menu structure. Each icon displays a unique picture with associated
textual description.
